Synonymous is a speculative, high-fashion editorial publication birthed out of the belief that fashion is entirely synonymous with the magazine medium itself. The challenge was to construct an interactive 12-page launch issue complete with dynamic page animations and a functioning navigation system, as well as curated features, stylized advertorials, and original advertising layouts. The publication was created using a rigid typographic and structural grid system to balance editorial density with visual breathing room.
