Visitor interviews and on-site observation were used to understand how people moved through galleries and interacted with content. The solution centered on a mobile companion app that unlocked contextual narratives, artist insights, and AR-based interactions as visitors progressed through exhibitions. Visual direction was intentionally minimal, using motion and light-inspired transitions to complement, not compete with, the artwork.
