Deliverables
Role: Art Director & Designer Developed a series of three skateboard decks designed as collectible art decor for a boutique tea-house environment. I led the full creative lifecycle—from defining the brand narrative and sketching initial concepts to designing a custom logo and curated color palette. By treating the decks as a canvas for fine-art storytelling rather than purely functional equipment, I created a cohesive visual system that bridges the gap between street culture and high-end interior aesthetics.

Key
Challenges
The product lacked visual and experiential consistency, which caused trust issues during onboarding and made financial features feel complex and intimidating for first-time users.
Project
Approach
Brand workshops with founders helped align tone, values, and visual language. A scalable design system was created to connect marketing, product, and engineering. Onboarding flows were redesigned to feel conversational and transparent, using progressive disclosure to reduce cognitive load while educating users.
